ROZETKA adds photo and voice search and short review summaries to its AI assistant
Ukrainian marketplace ROZETKA has updated its AI assistant so users can search for products by photo or voice, ask for picks within a budget, and read a short summary of customer reviews.
What changed
The ROZETKA marketplace is developing its own AI tools to make online shopping easier. The updated ROZETKA AI lets users search for products by photo and voice, and it automatically summarizes reviews from other buyers.
The main goal is to help people find the right item without studying complex specifications or reading hundreds of comments.
Ask in plain language
The assistant works like a personal shopping consultant. You can type requests in your own words, for example, asking for a set of appliances for a small apartment, a gift within a set budget, or a comparison of several models by the criteria that matter to you.
The system checks the catalog and suggests only options that match your conditions.
Search by photo
If it is hard to describe an item in words, you can upload a photo. It can be a picture of an item from an interior, a social media post, or even a photo of a passerby. The system recognizes the object and finds similar or closest matches in the ROZETKA catalog.
Voice search
You can dictate a request out loud. The app automatically converts speech into text, so it is convenient to search on the go without typing.
Short review summaries
Under a product, AI now analyzes buyer comments and shows a brief summary. It highlights the main advantages, disadvantages, and usage tips that other buyers mention most often.

Where it works
Photo and voice search are already available in ROZETKA's mobile apps for iOS and Android. The smart review summary and the text AI assistant work on all platforms, including the website.
